A little bit of humor.......

Both Feet Over the Foul Line

It's early on a weekday afternoon and the Rock 'n Bowl Lanes is almost deserted.

Mick McCranker is making the final adjustments to the new sign over the door to his shop.

"Mick's Pro Shop - Anyone can learn to bowl well!"

"Are you Mick?" Mick turns around as much as he can without falling off the ladder and

looks down. "Hi! I just moved into the area and I was told that you're the man to see for

bowling lessons," says the guy standing at the foot of the ladder.

"I put a lot of thought into the game. I want to be a 'scientific' bowler. Like, besides

having different balls for day and night bowling, I also have a couple to use on rainy

days, and one I only use if I've had my hair cut that day. I got them on the internet

and put the holes in myself. Wasn't that difficult."
